Results for all our Stanway Rovers teams - since our last football weekly update (on 29th December, 2024):

First:

  • 14/01/25 @ 19:30 - Stanway Rovers Community FC 7:0 Colchester United U21's (Mid Season Friendly)

    • Rovers goal scorers: Ross Wall, Nat Mardell (3), Harrison Chatting, Reece Conway, Jamie Bennett

  • 18/01/25 @ 14:00 - Cornard United 0:3 Stanway Rovers Community FC (Mid Season Friendly)

    • Rovers goal scorers: Ross Wall, Reece Conway, Jamie Bennett

  • With no league matches for our First team since Boxing Day, our First team run of unbeaten league matches remains at 21, consisting of 16 wins and five draws.

    • Our First team play in the Essex Senior Football League

  • With 53 points from 22 matches and a GD of +33, our first team remain 1st (last week = 1st) in the league (20 teams in the league)

U23's:


U18's:

  • 16/01/25 @ 14:00 - Stanway Rovers U18 2:0 Hadleigh United FC U18 TNL (League)

  • This result sees our U18 team keep their position at the top of their league, and extends our run of unbeaten league matches to eleven, consisting of 10 wins and one draw.

  • Our U18 team remain 1st in the South Division of the Thurlow Nunn Youth Football League

  • With 31 points from 11 matches and a GD of +54, our U18 team remain 1st (last week = 1st) in the league (9 teams in the league)

Ladies First:

  • Although our Ladies First team have had no league matches since the Christmas break, other results from around the league sees our Ladies First team drop one place, to 9th, in Division 1 of the Essex County Women's Football League

  • Our Ladies First team are 9th in Division 1 of the Essex County Women's Football League

  • With 8 points from 8 matches and a GD of -6, our Ladies First team are currently 9th (last week = 8th) in the league (11 teams in the league)
