Results for all our Stanway Rovers teams - since our last football weekly update (on 27th January, 2024):

First:

  • 01/02/25 @ 15:00 - Stanway Rovers Community FC 5:0 Buckhurst Hill FC (League)

    • Rovers goal scorers: Harrison Chatting, George Okoye, Ricky Tarbard, Ross Wall (2)

  • With another win this week, our First team run of unbeaten league matches continues and now stands at 24, consisting of 18 wins and six draws.

    • Our First team play in the Essex Senior Football League

  • With 60 points from 25 matches and a GD of +42, our first team remain 1st (last week = 1st) in the league (20 teams in the league)

U23's:


U18's:

  • 30/01/25 @ 19:45 - Stanway Rovers U18 3:0 Holland U18 (League)

  • This results sees our U18 team keep their position at the top of their league, and extends our run of unbeaten league matches to 12, consisting of 11 wins and one draw.

  • Our U18 team remain 1st in the South Division of the Thurlow Nunn Youth Football League

  • With 34 points from 12 matches and a GD of +57, our U18 team remain 1st (last week = 1st) in the league (9 teams in the league)

Ladies First:

  • 02/02/25 @ 14:00 - Stanway Rovers Ladies FC First Team 2:2 Beacon Hill Rovers Ladies (League)

  • This results sees our Ladies First team remain at 9th position in Division 1 of the Essex County Women's Football League

  • With 10 points from 10 matches and a GD of -6, our Ladies First team are currently 9th (last week = 9th) in the league (11 teams in the league)

Ladies Reserves:

  • We are very sad to announce that we have had to fold our Ladies Reserves team for the remainder of the 2024-25 season. The relevant sections of our website have been edited to reflect this change.

  • We wish all our rival teams in Division 4 of the Essex County Women's Football League every success and no injuries for the rest of this season.
