A “three-star” club is committed to offering as many opportunities to play football to as many people as possible:

A “three-star” club:
has a male pathway that includes an U21’s or adult team. It must have an U7’s or U8’s team,
has a female pathway that includes either an U9’s or U10’s team and an U15’s or U16’s team,
will offer at least one disability team at any age.
“Three-Star England Football Accredited” means:
offering more football opportunities and more pathways to more people, through one club, or in a partnership with different clubs in a community,
