Hall Hire - Price Reductions

We are very pleased to announce that the cost to hire our Hawthorn Suite (our events hall) has been reduced.


Friday nights:

The Friday night reduced prices are now:

  • £120 - for the airconditioned hall, tables, chairs, toilets.

    • This price does not include hire of the bar or availability of our bar staff

  • £45 - for each member of our bar staff

    • 1 x bar staff for 1 to 40 people in your group / party

    • 2 x bar staff for 41 to 100 people in your group / party

  • £20 - for a member of our staff to collect bottles, cans, glasses from your tables


so, the hire will cost you the following if you have:

  • £120: just the hall, no bar

  • £120 + £45 + £20 = £185: the hall, bar and staff for 1 to 40 people in your group / party

  • £120 + £45 + £45 + £20 = £230: the hall, bar and staff for 41 to 100 people in your group / party


Saturday Nights:

There is no change to Saturday night hire, so the price for Saturday night hire remains the same


Weekly Day Time Hire:

  • £25 per hour - for the airconditioned hall, tables, chairs, toilets. The bar and staff are not available for day time hire.
